SEAN ANDRE
Sean serves as the Executive Director of Tennessee Soccer Academy and holds the position of President at Midsouth Futbol. With a remarkable 47 years of combined experience in playing, coaching, and directing at various levels, he is a dedicated and passionate leader. Hailing from the Memphis area, he was a highly recruited D1 goalkeeper for Germantown Fury Soccer Club and Memphis Futbol Club during his youth. As a member of the TN Olympic Development Program and a 4-year Varsity High School starter, Sean garnered numerous accolades, including multiple All-Region, All-Metro, All-State, and Best of Preps honors.

Throughout his coaching career, Sean has led numerous teams to State Championship titles at both the club and high school levels. He has played a crucial role in developing youth players for state, regional, and national Olympic program teams, while also preparing and promoting players to regional, national, and collegiate soccer programs. Sean has been actively involved in creating curriculum models and implementing player developmental programs across all levels of youth soccer. His resourcefulness and collaborative approach have been instrumental in finding effective solutions and influencing players and coaches to achieve their goals.

Sean has been happily married to his wife Heather for 28 years and is the proud father of two remarkable daughters, Brooklyn and Haley. Sean holds the US Soccer National "C" License and the United Soccer Coaches "National Diploma".

JOHN BERRA
John grew up playing soccer in the St. Louis area when he was 5. He was a candidate for the ODP Mid West team and continues playing soccer today in the GMSA Division I men’s league. John’s coaching career includes teams at St. Louis Busch & Wolfpack, the Dallas Stars, Memphis Futbol Club, Germantown Fury, and Collierville Lobos. Coach John holds the US Soccer National “D” license.

REBECCA COGGIN
Coach Rebecca grew up in Mandeville, Louisiana playing competitive soccer with Mandeville Soccer Club. During her club time, she won multiple state titles, made US Soccer Regionals & Nationals appearances, and was a member of the Louisiana Olympic Development Program. Rebecca was also a 4-year Varsity High School player with numerous all-district accolades. After graduating High School, she played 4 years of collegiate soccer at the University of the Ozarks, and 1 year at the semi-professional level for Arkansas Wolves.

Rebecca has spent the past 5 years coaching and directing all ages of girls at the youth club level in the state of Arkansas but has specifically coached high school-aged women’s players utilizing her background in college admissions & college soccer recruiting to produce multiple signed collegiate-level women's players in addition to helping all her players transition to college post-high school. Coach Rebecca is in the process of acquiring her US Soccer National “D” license.

JOSHUA GAMEDAH
Joshua began his playing career as a goalkeeper in Atlanta, Georgia before arriving in Memphis in 2008. Once in Memphis, he played competitively with various teams such as Tennessee Rush, Arlington, and Panathinaikos Futbol Club. In his senior high school year, Joshua helped lead the Arlington High School team to its first state tournament appearance. After High School, he attended Freed-Hardeman University on a goalkeeper scholarship and then served four active-duty years with the United States Army in various locations throughout the Middle East. He currently studies in the graduate program at the University of Memphis earning his Master’s degree in Economics. Coach Joshua is in the process of acquiring his US Soccer National “D” license.

GREG GETMAN
Greg grew up in Bartlett, TN playing youth soccer and played competitively for the 1978 Rangers FC and Memphis Strikers where his team won the State Championship in 1992. Greg started coaching with the Arlington Recreation League in 2008 and coached with the Rush Soccer "School of Excellence" for 2 years. He then started coaching with ASA in 2014.  Greg has been playing and coaching with his brother Jeremy in the men’s soccer league for Greater Memphis Soccer Association for 21 years. Coach Greg holds the US Soccer National “D” license and is looking forward to taking the US Soccer National "C" License.

JEREMY GETMAN
Jeremy grew up in the Bartlett area playing for numerous recreational teams. Jeremy went on to play intramural at Arkansas State. For the past 20-plus years, he has been putting a team together in the men’s Greater Memphis Soccer Association where his team has won several Mabry cups and also has been able to win their division a few times. Jeremy has been married to his wife Kristin for 10 years and they have twins, one boy Sawyer and one girl Mary Scott who both play soccer. Coach Jeremy holds the US Soccer National “D” license.

KYLE LUTTRELL
Kyle was born and raised in the Memphis area where he began playing soccer at an early age. He is a recent graduate of Arlington High School where he was a member of the Arlington High School Tigers team for 3 years. He was also a standout player for Arlington Soccer Academy beginning his club career in ASA’s inaugural season and graduating after 8 consecutive years. Kyle has been coaching with TSA over the past 2 years including Academy teams, summer camps, clinics, and as a co-director of our Junior Academy. Coach Kyle's encouraging and positive attitude along with his dedication to developing the younger player is obvious on and off the field. Coach Kyle holds the US Soccer National “D” license and is our youngest coach on staff holding this level license.

JARROD MAGAN
Jarrod has coached youth soccer in Shelby and Tipton counties for over 15 years. In addition to coaching for TSA, Jarrod is also the Age Group Director for the MidSouth Futbol 2008 Boys. Additionally, Jarrod is the assistant coach for Munford High and Munford Middle Schools. An avid fan and student of the game, he assisted in the formation of the first competitive youth soccer club in Tipton County. Jarrod is a Regional Vice President at Chubb and has been married to his wife Katie for 22 years. He has three boys, Cooper, Eli, and Brody who all play soccer. Coach Jarrod holds the US Soccer National “D” license and is currently pursuing his National “C” license.

DUNCAN NICOL
Now in his 4th full year as the head boys’ and girls’ soccer coach at Arlington High School – Duncan Nicol’s 18 years in coaching span many levels of the game. His previous roles include interim head coach and assistant coach for the Union University women’s program, assistant coach at Collierville High School, head coach for both the boys’ and girls’ programs at Southwind High, and a club coach with the Collierville Lobos Rush Soccer Association where he won a state championship with the 98 boys. A native of North Delta, British Columbia, Canada, Duncan has also had the opportunity to play at various levels including winning the Canadian National Club Championships with his youth team North Delta United. Nicol attended Union University where he and his team won the NCCAA National Championship and went undefeated in all four years on their home field. Coach Duncan lives in Lakeland with his wife Julie, son Cayden, and daughter Callie. Duncan holds the United Soccer Coaches "National" License.

GRANT PAULE
Grant was a local standout in the Memphis area as a player. He was a TN state team member from 1993-2000. He was on the ODP 1997-2000 Regional team. Best of Preps finalist 97-2000. A winner in 2000. Adidas TN state player of the year 2000. High school All-American 2000. High school state and National Champions 1999-2000 (Houston high school). State Tournament MVP 2000. Invited to Elite Soccer Program (esp) in 1999. Under 23 National pool in 2001. Played at the University of Memphis 2000-2001. Memphis Cup MVP 2002, while attending CBU 2002. Grant has developed players for the regional, national ODP, and professional levels. Grant is married to Annice Paule and has four children Elly, Emmy, Evie, who all play soccer and Gunnar who will start very soon. Coach Grant holds the USSF “E” license and is in the process of acquiring his US Soccer National “D” license.

GREGORY PAULE
Greg has been coaching in the Arlington Youth Soccer program for over 15 years. He played competitive soccer in Texas and Memphis. He was a TN State runner-up team member and a Best of Preps finalist in 1989 for Germantown High School. He then went on to play college soccer at Christian Brothers University where he was a standout defender. He has also played and coached in the Division I GMSA adult league for many years. Greg has been married to his wife Amy for 23 years and has three children, Maddie, Walker, and Gracie who all play soccer. Coach Greg holds the USSF TN State “D” license and is in the process of acquiring his US Soccer National “D” license.

RYAN PAULE
Ryan has been coaching in the Arlington Youth Soccer program for 13 years. The last 8 have been with Arlington Soccer Academy. He played competitive soccer in Plano, TX, and Memphis, TN. Ryan played High School soccer for Germantown High School, earning All-Metro honors in 1992. He went on to play college soccer at Christian Brothers University. In 2022, Ryan coached the ASA 2009 Girls to a TN State Championship. Ryan has been married to his wife Bethany Paule for 18 years. He has three children, Sophia, Ava, and Mason who all play soccer. Coach Ryan holds the USSF TN State “D” license and is in the process of acquiring his US Soccer National “D” license.

CHAD REYNOLDS
Chad grew up in Memphis, TN where he was a standout player for local competitive clubs including Evergreen, Germantown Fury, and the Bartlett Rangers. He continued his soccer career with the club team at Mississippi State University during his sophomore year before transferring to the University of Memphis earning his Bachelor's in Business Administration and his Master's in Business Administration from Dowling College. His playing experience combined with a patient coaching style, creates a positive, yet competitive environment for kids to develop and be successful. His passion for the game and love of teaching children truly shows on and off the field. Coach Chad holds the US Soccer National “D” license.

PHILLIP RICHMOND
Phillip was born and raised in Memphis. When he was 5 years old, he began playing recreational soccer, then played competitively for some of the local area clubs where he was called upon to lead his teams on and off the field. During his time at Arlington High School, Phillip played varsity soccer all 4 years and was named captain in his Junior and Senior years helping the school win its first district and regional championships. He previously coached in the recreational league, has been a TSA staff member for 3 years, is a staff coach for local soccer camps, and is a staff director at Camp Conquest which works with special needs kids. Coach Phillip holds the USSF Grassroots 11v11 and 9v9 Licenses and the United Soccer Coaches "National" License.

ASHLEY RUSS
Ashley grew up running around the soccer fields and playing as a kid while her dad, John Berra, coached and played. Needless to say, she fell in love with the game! She played competitive soccer in St. Louis and Memphis for many different clubs and was a member of the TN ODP team. She was a 4 year High School starter and leading goal scorer for multiple seasons. Ashley played D1 college soccer at the University of Memphis, where she started her Freshman year. She helped lead her team to Conference USA championships all 4 years. Junior year, she received the second-team all-American award and also received Offensive Player of the Year. Throughout college, Ashley helped coach numerous soccer camps consisting of college-level to youth recreational. She has over 35 years of combined playing and coaching experience and is also a personal trainer and competes in National Crossfit competitions. Coach Ashley is in the process of acquiring her USSF Grassroots Licenses.
