2026 Spring JUNIOR Evaluations

NEW DATES: FEB 10TH & FEB 12TH

We’re excited to welcome ALL 2019 & 2018 boys and girls to our Spring 2026 Junior Academy Evaluations. Due to weather, evaluations have been moved to Tuesday, Feb 10th and Thursday, Feb 12th from 5:30–7:00pm at the Lakeland Prep Athletic Annex fields.

Evaluations are FREE, and all interested players are encouraged to join us! Please have players bring a ball and water, and wear weather-appropriate clothing (soccer cleats recommended; shin guards required). Upon arrival, check in with our staff for next steps.

To help create a positive experience, parents will observe from the sidelines while players are on the field. We strongly encourage attending all evaluation dates to give our staff the best look at each player.

Please use the link below to register—we look forward to seeing you!

Spring 2026 Program Information

The Junior Program, available exclusively to 7U and 8U players (born in 2018 and 2019), provides licensed, professional coaching with age-appropriate skills training, an introduction to tactical awareness, and a strong focus on individual development, teamwork, and a love for the game. The Spring 2026 season includes 14 weeks of training, access to club skills programming, and 8 games in the Lakeland Recreational League, with players training and competing in a positive, encouraging environment. Players born in 2019 will play co-ed 4v4 in the 8U division, while players born in 2018 will play single-gender 7v7 in the 10U division (with co-ed placement if numbers require). Evaluations are required for enrollment to ensure proper placement. The cost is $325, plus an approximately $65 uniform fee (returning players reuse their fall uniform).

Expectations

In our Junior Academy program, we hold a set of expectations designed to foster a positive and enriching experience for every young player. First and foremost, our emphasis is on learning and skill development, encouraging each child to explore and enhance their soccer abilities in a supportive environment.

We prioritize the element of fun, aiming to instill a love for the game that will stay with them throughout their journey. Alongside this, we expect participants to pay attention during training sessions, fostering a focused and engaged mindset. Respecting others, both teammates and coaches, is paramount, creating an atmosphere of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

We also encourage a strong work ethic, teaching kids the value of dedication and effort in their pursuits. Punctuality is essential, instilling the importance of showing up on time to foster a sense of responsibility and commitment.

Through these expectations, we aim to cultivate not just soccer skills but also fundamental life values that will endure beyond the soccer field.
