Refund/Cancelation Information

In the event that you must cancel your camp registration, please contact the camp director at sean@tnsocceracademy.com and submit in writing why you will not be participating. All requests will be reviewed, and refunds will be determined as defined by the following:

Cancel on or before June 9th
We are happy to return $100 of your registration (minus cc processing fees) for any unforeseen reasons if notice is received on or prior to June 9th.

Cancel between June 10th & June 23rd
We are happy to return $50 of your registration fee (minus cc processing fees) for any unforeseen reasons if notice is received on or prior to June 23rd.

Cancel on or after June 24th
Sorry, no refunds at this time. By this time virtually all of our expenses are incurred. What if my circumstances are extreme? Can I have a refund then? In extreme circumstances, we consider exceptions to our regular policies. By all means, get in touch and explain your situation. We can’t promise anything, but we’ll certainly see what we can do.

Partial Attendance Refund
Sorry, we are not able to give refunds if you choose to leave/stop participating, get ill, or are injured part-way through the camp.

Inclement Weather Refund
In the event, that all (5) days of camp are canceled due to inclement weather, we will return $100 of the registration fee (minus cc processing fees). If (1) or more days of camp are held, no refunds will be issued. To protect against inclement weather, we suggest purchasing the insurance policy mentioned below.

We do most of our work and incur most of our expenses weeks before the first day of camp. By registering your child, you have signed a contract with us to prepare a spot for your child in our program, and by doing so, means that we incur a significant financial obligation as well. We sign contracts with our sites, purchase supplies, camper items, prizes & giveaways, hire staff, and pay for administrative, organizational, planning, and preparatory work. If it turns out your plans change and your child is unable to attend camp, we truly are sorry and will certainly miss them, but we still have incurred the costs and time stated above.

Camp Cancellation Insurance

You have the option to purchase camp cancellation insurance if you want more protection than what we are able to offer. A policy through Regsaver is offered during the online camp registration process. Covered items include Illness, Injury (on or off the field), Inclement Weather, Uninhabitable Residence, Active Military Service (parents/guardian), Job Layoff (parents/guardian), Traffic Accident, Airline/Train/Bus Delay or Cancellation. Tennessee Soccer Academy does not receive any of the proceeds from these sales nor do we process claims. All claims are filed directly between the policyholder and insurer, as Tennessee Soccer Academy does not oversee any of the insurance claim and approval process.
