Every club talks about having the “best coaches” or doing things differently—but at TSA, we back it up every day. Our coaching staff is the heartbeat of our club, and they’re committed to delivering a positive, high-quality experience for every player.

Our coaches are licensed, experienced, and bring real soccer knowledge into every session. Just as important, they create an environment built on encouragement, not negativity—focused on helping players grow with confidence and enjoy the game. Whether your child is brand new or one of the top players, they’ll be coached, supported, and valued the same way.

What truly sets us apart is our structure and alignment as a club. Unlike one-off teams or coaches focused only on their own group, TSA operates under a unified model. Our Sporting Director oversees the curriculum and overall programming, while our Directors of Coaching ensure that vision is consistently implemented across every team. This creates accountability, consistency, and a better experience for every player—so development isn’t dependent on one coach, but supported by the entire club.

We believe in building real relationships with our players and families, emphasizing long-term development both on and off the field. Our staff models respect for referees, opponents, and the game itself, while holding themselves to a higher standard in everything they do.
