2026 Summer Camp INFORMATION
Get ready for an amazing week of soccer, July 6th-10th! Open to boys and girls ages 5-14, this camp is designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.
Under the guidance of professionally licensed coaches, current college players, alumni, and high school players, campers will learn and develop their skills in a high-energy, positive atmosphere. Players will be grouped based on age and/or ability, ensuring personalized instruction that fosters growth and confidence.

A Typical Day at Camp
• 8:30 am-9:30 am: Technical Sessions & Games
• 9:30 am-9:45 am: Snack & Discussion
• 9:45 am-10:45 am: Tactical Sessions & Games
• 10:45 am-11:00 am: Snack & Discussion
• 11:00 am-11:30 am: Special Activities

Camp Location
The camp will be held at the Forrest Street Soccer Park located @ 12121 Forrest Street, Arlington TN. All campers will need to check in daily at the pavilion.
The earliest drop-off for campers will be at 8 am, and the latest pick-up will be at 12 pm. Camp hours are 8:30 am -11:30 am.

All campers will receive dry-fit camp shirts, swag bags full of goodies, giveaways, and chances to win great prizes all week long. LAST YEAR WE GAVE OUT OVER $3000 WORTH OF PRIZES!
Items to Bring Every Day
5-7-year-olds: Size 3 Soccer Ball, 8-12-year-olds: Size 4 Soccer Ball, 13 and 14: Size 5 Soccer Ball, Soccer Cleats, Running Shoes, Shin guards, Sunscreen (applied before camp by parents or child), Water & Light Snacks (fruit, crackers, granola, etc.)
Refund/Cancelation Information
If you need to cancel your camp registration, please submit your request in writing via email to sean@tnsocceracademy.com, including the reason for cancellation. All requests will be reviewed, and any applicable refunds will be issued in accordance with the policy outlined below:
Cancellations on or before June 6th
A refund of $100 (less credit card processing fees) will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 6th.
Cancellations between June 7th and June 22nd
A refund of $50 (less credit card processing fees) will be issued for cancellations received on or before June 22nd.
Cancellations on or after June 23rd
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after June 23rd, as the majority of camp-related expenses have been incurred by this time.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to this policy may be considered. While refunds are not guaranteed, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your situation.
Partial Attendance
Refunds will not be issued for participants who leave camp early due to personal reasons, illness, or injury.
Registration Cancellation Protection
For added peace of mind, you may choose to purchase Registration Cancellation Protection through Vertical Insure during registration. This optional coverage can reimburse up to 100% of your non-refundable registration fees if your child is unable to participate due to a covered reason, such as illness, injury, severe weather, or travel issues. Coverage includes over 70 qualifying situations and begins the day after your policy is purchased.
Additional Information
A significant portion of camp planning and expenses occurs well in advance of the start date. By registering your child, you are reserving a spot in the program, which initiates financial commitments including facility agreements, staffing, equipment purchases, and administrative preparation. While we understand that circumstances may change and sincerely regret when a participant is unable to attend, these obligations remain in place.
